Gear up and experience the most effective boxing workout you’ll ever experience! Our trainers combine endurance and strength training drills with punching bags and pad work to help you improve both your power and your speed.
Kick that heart rate up with some cardio! These workouts, like all our workouts, are never the same. That means you’ll never be bored or stuck in a rut with the same cardio routine. Instead, you’ll get a fun workout that continuously challenges you.
Lifting is essential to build strength and create lean muscles. By mixing in kettle bells, free weights, deadlift bars, and sleds, you get a full-body workout that helps tone and fine-tune your major muscle groups.
This class provides the perfect mix of lifting and cardio. Tabata is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) at its finest. Circuits include active moves that last from 20 to 30 seconds with a 10-second rest. Each move includes eight sets.
