New Class Descriptions

You may have noticed that we’ve added two new classes! They will be led by Darian Healy. Here’s what you can expect…

Fundamental Barbell Training

In barbell training, we’ll be focusing on building strength through powerlifting (squats, deadlifts, and presses). We’ll also be utilizing accessory exercises and movement skills that will get your heart rate up, build muscle, and improve both your mobility and stability. This class is for anyone who is ready to take their training to the next level and work on conquering their specific strength goals.

Fundamental Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell training is a highly-metabolic, full-body workout and is one of the most efficient ways to train. You’ll learn proper movement mechanics with a focus on hamstring, glute, core, and lower back development.
